Yep! We are steps from the Montrose brown line el, and a 7 minute walk to the Ravenswood Metra station.
Parking is permit restricted on Ravenswood. Permits can be obtained for $40for the calendar year, or you can purchase day passes. Non-permitted parking in the residential areas is also available.
Not really. We encourage members to take short calls at their desk, but for longer calls like Zoom presentations we suggest booking the conference room or hopping into one of the phone booths throughout the space.
We offer both month-to-month and long-term. Preference will be given to those who can commit to a longer lease.
All of our offices include a desk, task chair, and a hardwired (ethernet) port. Many offices include a whiteboard as well.
VoIP options are available, inquire for current rates.
We just expanded over the summer and added in 8 offices. We currently have some availability; please inquire.
We have a total of 19 offices.
Nope. If you’re having a guest or seeing a client, they can come visit you and will not have to pay for a day pass.
We do allow small dogs with manager approval for office members only. We also allow service animals for any guest or member.
