Coworking has become an important factor in the life of the modern professional. It makes economic sense and contributes to both productivity and collaboration. But, you can always find ways to be more effective.

So, we’ve rounded up a few of our favorite apps for the modern coworking professional. Have an app or hack that helps make you more productive? Add it in the comment section below, we’d love to hear from you.

Treev

By installing this extension and connecting to your Google Drive or Dropbox on Treev, you can do a one-off search for documents or attachments in your email. We’re finding it useful, but wish they had a way to connect to desktop files. That would be amazing.

Genius Scan

We have a scanner at Platform, but when you’re on the go and need to quickly scan something for work, Genius Scan is a great solution.

Wunderlist

01_Wunderlist_Comments_MacYou can share a list of things to do with anyone (assign tasks, etc.) and Wunderlist is always updated and accessible. It’s perfect for the professional on the move. It does double duty (personal/work) since, for example, you can also share a personal shopping list with family or friends. It’s uper useful.

Slack

Platform owner Jeff Park and office manager Melissa Cuenca use Slack to manage ongoing Platform Coworking-related tasks. We are currently working on a platform members community channel so our members will have an online place to be social.

Trullo & Teuxdeux

We haven’t used Trullo or Teuxdeux, but are hearing great things about them from our coworkers. Have you used them? If so, we’d love to hear what you think.
